Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• All domestic orders are shipped via Leopard Logistics.
• Shipping charges depend on the customer’s location, parcel size, and weight.

Delivery Charges

• Karachi: Starting from PKR 249
• Outside Karachi: Starting from PKR 299
• (Charges may increase based on parcel size and weight.)

• Free shipping is available on all orders above PKR 10,000.
• Customers will receive a confirmation call before the order is processed.
• Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.
• For orders above PKR 25,000, a 50% advance payment is required before dispatch.

International Shipping

• International shipping charges are calculated based on product quantity, weight, package size, and destination country.
• Orders will be processed after a confirmation call.
• All customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne by the customer.
• MM Sons is not responsible for any customs-related charges.
• All international orders must be fully paid before dispatch.
